Cooking dinner around our house is always a challenge because it normally happens shortly after I get home from work, and of course, the kids want to be in there with me. I usually end up getting frustrated as they are right under feet and between tripping over them and the hot stove, it makes for a challenging time. Tonight was no different...Tanner came over with me near the stove and I asked him to go in the other room, but he wasn't seeing it my way - he got a little upset with me for not wanting him right under my feet and he took off around the corner - I peeked around the corner to see if he was pouting or what he was doing and he had his nose stuck in the corner. We haven't really ever needed to put Tanner in time out, but I guess he has seen his siblings there...and David and I both got a laugh out of him putting himself in the corner. It was pretty cute...he got happy pretty quickly though and it was a short-lived fit.
