Our weekend was quite busy and it had it's ups and downs to say the least. We headed to Grandma & Grandpa Harris's on Saturday and spent the day down there. The kids had much fun playing with Jon, Tyler and Nikki and were worn out by the end of the day. They slept all the way home and I was quite tired myself, so Zach & I unloaded them, took them straight to bed and then headed to bed ourselves. David had already left for work, so we missed him. He was lucky to have a nice quiet day to sleep from working nights the past week, without all the noise that happens with all the kids in the house. Sorry Grandma & Grandpa that I didn't make it by - we'll be back in a couple weeks.

Days like today make me happy that tomorrow is Monday! The kids and I went to Mass this morning and I decided we would sit in the cry room today instead of in a pew. BIG MISTAKE! I thought it would be much better, but the truth is, they acted worse than ever. Peyton and I were having a small battle and I had somewhat been wrestling with him and finally had enough. I got up to take him outside and when I got out in the lobby area, realized that my entire shirt from the bottom button clear to the top had somehow come undone! I looked down and there for all to see my shirt open wide - I was so embarrassed. No one was out there, but the cry room is in the front of church with windows looking out over the church. I don't know when this happened - it had to be when Peyton and I were struggling, but I sure hope that no one saw anything. I have never been so embarrassed! If I didn't have enough to deal with, that had to happen. This will go down in history as my most embarrassing moment for sure!

Every week is not like this - we do have good weeks where we make it without incident. Peyton actually pays attention and will watch what is going on, but if you catch him in the wrong mood - all heck breaks loose - as was the events of today. I think this boy is going to give his father and I a run for our money.

After that fiasco, we headed up to my friends house near Gallatin to take pictures of her little boy. They turned out so cute - was such a cute little guy. He wouldn't smile for me though, but I think we still got some great pictures. I like this picture of him - he was checking out a caterpillar that was crawling by.

Well, tomorrow is Monday and it should be a very busy week at work, so I should really be getting off of here. I hope everyone had a good weekend and a good week to come.

Until next time...
